We are a private family-run company with twelve employees, located near the Lake of Constance in the south of Germany. Our Prima-Blitzmesser are distributed by us throughout Germany, in particular for the meat industry with cutter-sizes up to 750 litres. We also deliver our Prima Blitzmesser to butcher`s shops with a cutter-size between 45 and 750 litres. High-quality high-grade steels from Germany are used for the production of our Prima-Blitzmesser,that are characterised by a special shaping, which has a positive influence on the life-span and of course on the cutting-performance of our products.
